The approved character is the base for future production. We review and iterate the identity with the client before it gets used in PDP, lookbook, campaign, or preproduction work.

Client Review

The character has to be approved before it becomes reusable. This covers the review process and the practical reasons a brand needs a reusable character base.

Face Consistency

A character holds up across front, profile, three-quarter, close-up, and movement shots. The review covers the full angle set before the client can rely on it for production.

Roster

The roster reflects the product categories and customers the brand actually serves: youth, performance, formalwear, lifestyle, womenswear, menswear, or any other segmentation.

Controlled Changes

Expression, hair, makeup, and age variants are controlled updates to the approved base. Variants go through the same review as the original.
